#9 Titus O’Neil 0-4
Titus O’Neil has one of the worst combined ever records in the big four pay-per-views. He has a losing record at Survivor Series, has never won at SummerSlam, and this year became the first wrestler in a Royal Rumble match that has lasted less than five seconds on two separate occasions.
Unfortunately, it is no different at WrestleMania. All four of his appearances so far have all been in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. Yet in all four matches, he has fallen significantly short of the finish line, with his best result on the unpredictable match being ending up in the final five at WrestleMania 33.

With no current storyline going into this year's WrestleMania, he’ll most likely be going into WrestleMania having the same match as he has had every other year. However, with usually around thirty wrestlers competing in the match, it is very possible that that O’Neil may have to wait at least another year before he gets a win at WrestleMania.
