#4 Best/worst: Lashley in the World Cup

I'm actually not sure how to feel about this

Honestly, I don't want to get into anything political here. My expertise is sports entertainment and I'll keep the article confined to this realm only. I get why John Cena doesn't want to go to Saudi Arabia and I respect his opinion. I thought WWE did a commendable job in making his absence a part of the storyline.

But is Lashley a good replacement for someone like John Cena? Lashley is a Superstar who has been ice cold since the day he returned to WWE, with fans not reacting to the man at all on most nights. He looks and smells like money only to Lio Rush.

That said, maybe if he does win the WWE World Cup, this could be his way to cement his legacy. Lashley could use the momentum to ascend the ladder.
