#6. The Revival
The main appeal of a team like The Revival is that they remind older fans of tag teams like the Brain Busters and the Midnight Express from the 80s and 90s. They excel on ring psychology and opportunistic natures whereas a lot of the other tag teams on this list rely on high-flying spots and exciting moves.
While they have struggled to gain traction on the main roster due to untimely injuries, poor booking and a lack of faith by creative, they were one of the best teams in NXT history.

For proof of that, watch any of their matches with DIY, AOP or American Alpha. Their matches were just as good as the current tag teams in NXT and is probably why a lot of fans have been disappointed with how they've been handled on the main roster.
Things appear to be turning around for the duo as they have a title shot in their pockets after winning a four corners tag match on last week's Raw.
Will something come of that win since they have expressed their frustration with their spot in WWE or will it just be short-term appeasement by management?
