A hot Chicago crowd wanted nothing but their hometown boy, and one of the best in the world to vanquish the titan that was John Cena. Punk took a beating from Cena, as he took two AA's and kept fighting back. The interference by Vince McMahon, Laurinaitis and Del Rio added a layer to the story, and the characters of both men.

Cena getting pegged with the go to sleep and then the crowd going wild is a scene no one will ever forget. This match was a rollercoaster of emotions, as it gave someone everything they wanted. It had showbiz, compelling story and fantastic in-ring action. It is the recipe of the best match ever.

Even though the storyline bombed after this match, this match will go down in history as one of the best matches any wrestler has put up.
