With The Young Bucks in his corner once again, Kenny Omega, on this occasion, was pretty confident about defeating ‘The Rainmaker’ Kazuchika Okada on this occasion, as he prepared for yet another gruelling battle in order to capture the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

As usual, things started slowly between the two men as they once again slowly build-up towards an explosive encounter, with a lot of back-and-forths. Throughout the match, Omega and Okada exchanged some solid blows and also hit each other with their finishing manoeuvres as well, however, in overall, it was the entire storytelling of the match that made it such a special encounter.

At one point of the match, it seemed like Okada was closing in on yet another huge victory and was on the driver’s seat when he connected with The Rainmaker, however, with the Bullet Club coming down to the aid of Omega at ringside was another master touch to this amazing match.

Omega’s fellow stablemate Cody even teased throwing in the towel, before The Young Bucks prevented him from doing so and with the full support of The BC at ringside, a resilient Kenny Omega was absolutely determined to defeat Okada at any costs now.

However, the contest eventually ended with the two men wrestling each other to an outstanding 60-minute time limit draw.
