This time last year, Jinder Mahal was still WWE Champion, regularly defeating the like of Shinsuke Nkamura and Randy Orton to retain his title as the top dog on Smackdown. Today, on RAW, he is trying to convince superstars to meditate with him.

There is absolutely no doubt that if the Super Show-down took place in 2017, Jinder Mahal would have been in one of the big matches for sure, so it is easily his current booking that has kept him away from this card.

Even so, I think the tag team match of John Cena and Bobby Lashley vs. Elias and Kevin Owens would have worked better as a 6 Man Tag Team match with each team having another partner, and Jinder would have been a great 3rd man for Elias and Owens as they have all teamed up together on other shows in recent months.
