#4 Alexa Bliss
Former WWE RAW and Smackdown Women's Champion Alexa Bliss was the face of the women's division in WWE for all of 2017, absolutely no question about it.
She hasn't had a bad run in 2018 either, entering the year as Women's Champion and winning the Money in The Bank and regaining the title, before dropping it to current Champion Ronda Rousey. So with her stock so high, it is a legitimate shock that she was left off of the Super Show-down card.

While the RAW's women's match of the card may not have had a place for her, they could have at least added another match to it, perhaps she vs former rival Nia Jax, or if not, maybe even make an appearance during the 6 woman tag, to set up a future match or be a guest commentator. Regardless, it was dd having a really big show that she wasn't on for the first time in over 2 years.
