Hurricane was one of the most memorable characters towards the end of Attitude Era. He was a lovable jobber and though he was talented, he never found his way beyond the mid card. Maybe it was the fun gimmick that restricted him. The reason why Hurricane is in this list is because of his win against the Great One, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
Rock was feuding with Steve Austin ahead of WrestleMania in 2003 and Hurricane crossed paths with him in an entertaining feud. They were booked for a match on Raw and thanks to some distraction from Austin, Hurricane defeated The Rock.
