#8 X-Pac
Soon to be 2-time WWE Hall of Famer, X-Pac is known for being a part of both the nWo and D-Generation X. Interestingly, he only wrestled 2 matches at The Show of Shows. During the peak of the Attitude Era, Waltman took on Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 15 and failed to win the European title after Triple H betrayed him and hit him with a Pedigree.
A year later, X-Pac and Road Dogg lost a tag team match against the gigantic duo of Kane and Rikishi, in what was Waltman's last WrestleMania match.

#7 Goldust
The current AEW wrestler has had one of the worst lucks in WrestleMania history. He has participated in a bunch of Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royals but failed to win any of them. In addition to these losses, Goldust has lost singles matches to the likes of Triple H, Road Dogg, Marc Mero, and Maven.
Goldust's WrestleMania 12 outing with WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper saw the two collide in a Hollywood Backlot Brawl, which the latter won in the end.
