#4 R-Truth
At this point, R-Truth is one of the most popular Superstars in WWE, thanks to his exploits with the 24/7 title for the better part of 2019. That doesn't hide the fact that Truth was essentially an enhancement talent for the majority of his WWE career.
Truth and John Morrison lost a Tag Team title match to Big Show and The Miz at WrestleMania 26, in Truth's 'Mania debut. Truth was a member of Team Teddy's losing squad at WrestleMania 28. He also participated in the 7-Man Ladder match for the Intercontinental title match at WrestleMania 31, which was won by Daniel Bryan.

#3 Alexa Bliss
One of the most popular female Superstars in all of WWE, Alexa Bliss hasn't won a WrestleMania match yet. She lost her SmackDown Live Women's title to Naomi in a 6-Pack Challenge at WrestleMania 33 and lost the RAW Women's title to Nia Jax a year later. Bliss hosted last year's WrestleMania and didn't compete at the event.
