#2 Bringing an Icon back
The WWE knows and understands what's best for business and considering that they always seem to bring their superstars back to the squared circle, bringing Punk back could be shocking to say the least. C.M. Punk left the company on very unfortunate terms and publicly expressed his opinions on the company.
It would be a damn shame if he never shows up despite being the most talented superstars this company has ever produced. WWE does everything to increase the marketability of their product and, if they believe that they could make tons of money from C.M. Punk, they'll definitely push the envelope in bringing him back.
