Cesaro is one WWE Superstar who has opted to keep his personal life as private as possible throughout the course of his career.

It was revealed a number of years ago that the former United States Champion was in a relationship with fellow WWE Superstar Sara Amato, who is professionally known as Sara Del Rey.

The couple was pictured together several times out in public up until 2019, but it appears there have been no updates regarding either star's relationship status since then. Both stars have Instagram and Twitter accounts and there have been no images shared on either account of the couple for a number of years.

Amato currently works at WWE's Performance Center and her Twitter page notes that she is the "WWE/NXT Director of Women's Wrestling."

Following Bill DeMott's resignation from WWE back in 2015, Amato was promoted to head coach at the company's Performance Center and currently works alongside former on-screen talent Matt Bloom.

Cesaro has recently been part of a feud against Seth Rollins on WWE TV, and was even pushed towards the Universal Championship on SmackDown earlier this year.
