#3. Cody Rhodes vs Sami Callihan
Sami Callihan work's in 2018 has been immense and way too amazing for a heel who was previously struggling to get over on WWE's developmental brand NXT. Currently working on the Independent circuit and on Impact Wrestling as well, there is certainly no doubt in the fact that Callihan is surely going to grow not only as a wrestler but as an entire character within the next one year.
Now, imagine Sami Callihan heading into the second edition of All In, with the Impact World Title around his waist and with Cody quite possibly in his second reign as Ring of Honor World Champion, there is a very strong possibility that we could witness an ROH Champion vs Impact Champion match for the very first time.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
Clearly, you can't really have the world champion of a particular promotion lose clean to another world champion, but on this list, we're talking about potential dream matchups and All In is all about booking fantasy match-ups as well. Therefore, this could very well be a groundbreaking match, regardless of what the end result turns out to be.
Another likely option that could very well be executed is to have Sami Callihan win the Over Budget Battle Royal and eventually challenge Cody for the ROH World Title later on in the night. Either way expect fireworks when Callihan and Cody step into the ring for a one-on-one showdown.
