#2 Kay Lee Ray
While Kay Lee Ray has never been officially signed to WWE, she is one who will be familiar to the WWE Universe from her appearances in NXT and the Mae Young Classic.
At only 26 years old, Kay Lee Ray has a huge future ahead of her, yet arrives in WWE with vast experience having been a part of TNA's British Boot Camp in 2014 alongside current WWE stars Drake Maverick, Noam Dar, El Ligero and Nikki Cross.
Paisley-born Ray has been competing for almost ten years, debuting at only 17 before honing her craft and becoming a top star in ICW and WOS. Ray's ICW came in 2011 where she started out with an intense rivalry against the promotions first ever Hall of Famer in Carmel, ending her debut year with a Death Match. Ray is a former ICW Women's Champion and WOS Women's Champion and has wrestled several male talents in ICW, too.
Kay Lee Ray wrestled Nia Jax in a losing effort on NXT in 2015 and competed in the 2017 Mae Young Classic, but was defeated in the first round. She teamed with Jazzy Gabert and Tessa Blanchard in a winning effort the following night.
