Christopher Daniels is probably the greatest star in TNA Impact Wrestling history to have never been World Heavyweight Champion in the organization. Daniels was kept down quite a bit, but it wasn't all bad as he became one of the best tag team wrestlers in company history, with even this being his third straight entry on this list.

After having an excellent series of matches in TNA in 2005, AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels came together as a team in 2006 to oppose Samoa Joe, and Jeff Jarrett's stable Planet Jarrett. AJ and Daniels would then pursue NWA Tag Team Champions America's Most Wanted, and eventually defeat them for the Tag Team titles at Slammiversary 2006.

AJ and Daniels would then feud with LAX, whom they traded the titles with on occasions before LAX won the final title match between them at Bound For Glory 2006. The matches AJ and Daniels had with LAX are regarded as among the best tag team matches in company history. The team quietly disbanded the following month. The would have short one time only reunions from 2007 - 2011, as well as re-opening their legendary feud several times.
