Even though his brother Bret Hart liked to say he was the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be, Owen Hart can make the same argument about himself. One of the smoothest in-ring workers, Owen had pools of charisma around him with a great look. It is a shock that he never won the WWE Championship, despite all the signs pointing towards his eventual coronation.
