Rumour has it that John Cena's top guy status in the WWE has stretched way beyond the ring. Back in 2007, the Cenation leader was alleged to have had relations with former Divas Champion, Mickie James. It's said that the two embarked on a fling backstage, much to the displeasure of others.
Such was the impact of the romance that it even involved Mickie's former boyfriend Kenny Dykstra losing his job. All of this is speculation and neither of the two has come out to confirm or deny the reports. Instead, they've distanced themselves from each other both outside and inside of the ring.
