#2. Brock Lesnar broke the record for the least time taken to win the Rumble

Brock Lesnar is one of the biggest superstars in the history of professional wrestling, and he leaves no chance to prove it every time. Among the numerous records he set in the 2022 Rumble, The Beast Incarnate also broke the record for the least time taken by an entrant to win the Royal Rumble.

Edge previously held the record. The Rated-R Superstar won the 2010 event 7 minutes and 37 seconds after his entrance. Brock Lesnar surpassed this record by the widest of the margins as he stood alone in the ring after a mere 2 minutes and 30 seconds of his entrance.

This is not the first time he has set this record. His first victory in 2003 came after 8 minutes and 59 seconds of his entrance. However, this record was broken by John Cena and then Edge.

Brock Lesnar has now reclaimed the distinction, and it seems absurd to think that this record will ever be broken now.

#1. The shortest Men's Royal Rumble since 2010

Lesnar set the record for the least time because the 2022 Rumble was concise. The fast-paced competition lasted only 51 minutes and 30 seconds, which is roughly ten minutes shorter than usual Rumbles.

Though it is shorter than expected, it is not the shortest. The distinction was given to the first-ever edition of the event, which lasted roughly 33 minutes.

The 2022 Men's Royal Rumble is, however, the shortest in the last 12 years and is bested by the 2010 edition. The latter contest lasted only 49 minutes and 24 seconds.
