#4 Kavita Devi

While she certainly did not show the same in-ring talent as some of the other women on this list or the ones who already do have spots in NXT, Kavita Devi has several factors going for her which make her a guarantee that WWE shouldn't ignore.
The first Indian-born woman to compete in a WWE ring came in at a time where the Indian market is very important to WWE as evidenced by Jinder Mahal's WWE Championship reign and some efforts to expand into those territories.
What should please WWE officials is that Devi's single solitary first-round match against Dakota Kai quickly soared to the top of the view list on YouTube by a colossal margin.
Most videos of the matches received several to tens of thousands of views while Devi vs. Kai has soared past 4.5 million views, easily making it the most watched video of the tournament.
It surpassed even the parade of champions itself, which is the closest to match its view count and still only one-fourth the views, meaning there's a massive interest in Devi out there.
She has a great look to her and an imposing figure who could be moulded into an absolutely fantastic star in the future with the right guidance.
