#6 Joaquin Wilde - 5ft 7in (170cm)
DJZ worked for promotions including Impact Wrestling, MLW and PROGRESS before joining WWE in May 2019.
Now known by the name Joaquin Wilde in WWE, the 33-year-old has lost both of his matches on NXT television so far – versus Angel Garza and Shane Thorne – and he is currently out of action after breaking his eye socket in a “freak accident” in training.
With the cruiserweight division now being featured on NXT, as well as 205 Live, it would not be at all surprising if Wilde appears on both shows when he returns.
#5 Kalisto - 5ft 6in (168cm)
A former United States Champion (x2), Cruiserweight Champion and NXT Tag Team Champion, Kalisto is among the most successful “shorter” Superstars in modern-day WWE.
One of the most famous examples of the Lucha House Party member using his size to his advantage came in April 2017 when he dropkicked Braun Strowman in his knees during a dumpster match, forcing “The Monster Among Men” to stumble off the ring apron and into a dumpster.
Kalisto ended up being thrown off the stage whilst being locked inside the dumpster, but a win’s a win!
