At the moment, Seth Rollins is known as the Monday Night Messiah and is busy leading his disciple Murphy down a questionable path. Back in 2015, Rollins was also heel-ing it up as a part of The Authority after turning on The Shield in the previous year.

Rollins was the Superstar who managed to fend off his competitors to become Mr Money in the Bank in 2014, and he held onto the contract until his shock cash-in at WrestleMania. The WWE World Heavyweight Championship match was taking place when Rollins ran in and pinned Roman Reigns to snatch away the title from Brock Lesnar. This also marked a WWE first - no one had ever cashed in their Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania before.

Later in the year, Rollins reignited his rivalry with United States Champion John Cena. At SummerSlam, Rollins defeated Cena in a winner takes all match to become the first Superstar to hold both the United States and WWE World Heavyweight Championships at the same time, and remains the only one to do so.

A month later, Cena earned the United States title back at Night of Champions, ending Rollins' time as a double champion.
