RVD recently revealed that he would likely never wrestle for WWE ever again due to a concussion he received in 2016, a particular concussion that WWE will apparently not allow a superstar to compete in the aftermath.
RVD did make a cameo appearance just over 10 years ago on the 15th Anniversary of RAW with a quick 30-second victory over Santino Marella in a match where Rob wasn't physically touched, so an appearance like that shouldn't be out of the question. RVD revealed that WWE chose not to renew his merchandise contract with them last year so an appearance is probably not likely to happen at all.
