When Vickie Guerrero debuted as a TV character in 2006 on Smackdown, she was awful. She couldn't act and had no stage presence. Amazingly, over the next 2 years, she developed into one of the most entertaining, if not the most entertaining character on WWE TV.

Although best remembered in WWE as the best General manager in Smackdown history, Vickie also spent time on RAW as a manager and General Manager and was highly entertaining. Vickie was such a good character on both Smackdown and RAW, that I believe she has earned at least a cameo appearance on the Anniversary show.
