Paige was already known to be bisexual, so Rosa decided to take a chance and kissed Paige later in the same episode. But Paige obviously didn't feel the same way as the retired WWE star.
Luckily, the duo were able to remain friends and Rosa has since moved on to a new relationship and became a mother for the first time back in 2016 when she gave birth to her daughter Jordan. So it seems to have turned out quite well for Rosa despite the rejection!
