Jerry Lawler getting tended by medical personnel after suffering a heart attack.
On the September 12 edition of Monday Night Raw in 2012, longtime WWE commentator and Hall of Famer Jerry "The King Lawler" suffered a heart attack on air. There was silence during the broadcast when it happened and fans in attendance saw Lawler getting attended by medical personnel. It was a surreal and emotional moment since there was no updates regarding Lawler's status.

Michael Cole, who was a heel at that time, kept his composure and announced to the entire world what just transpired. Lawler's heart stopped for 20 minutes before he was revived using a defibrillator. Luckily for him, he survived after undergoing angioplasty and he was back to work two months after the heart attack.
Lawler is still signed with the WWE but he is no longer a full-time commentator since December 2016. He is only being used on special occasions such as the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
