Towards the end of Nikki Cross vs Bianca Belair, Nikki Cross locked in a sleeper hold outside of the ring. Bianca Belair then hit Nikki Cross with a backpack slam on the metal ramp.
Bianca Belair took some impact but Nikki Cross took all of the impact. Both her head and her back crashed hard on the metal ramp. As a result of that brutal bump, the match ended in a double count-out.
