#9 The Miz

The Miz has come a long way since debuting

It's hard not to feel for The Miz. The Awesome One rose up the ranks of the WWE in the space of just a few years, culminating with his WrestleMania 27 main event match against John Cena for the WWE Championship.

There was an interesting history between the two men which went back at least two years, however, the company decided not to focus on that aspect of the bout.

Instead, they made it all about The Rock and John Cena's impending rivalry. Miz was nothing more than an after thought and people legitimately forgot that he was a part of the match on several occasions. The match was nothing to shout about, Miz felt slightly in over his head and it's genuinely shocking to look back and realise this actually happened.
