Taylor's Mania main event was bizarre, to say the least

If you didn't already know, Lawrence Taylor was a professional football player who spent 12 years in the NFL with the New York Giants. So naturally, Vince thought it'd be a good idea to put this guy in the main event of WrestleMania against Bam Bam Bigelow. If you're confused then don't worry, that's how pretty much everyone else felt when it happened.

There's nothing wrestling with celebrity involvement at a show like Mania, but the main event should more often than not be reserved for the WWE Championship. It needs to feel like a special bout between the biggest Superstars in the company, and this felt like a publicity stunt more than anything.

Taylor did well, but not well enough to warrant the position he was in. Onto a man who was part of one of the most unusual Manias of all time.
