Okay, so it would be very unlikely that Ciampa would move up to the main roster as NXT Champion, but it has happened before, so never say never - and Blackheart tends to do whatever Blackheart wants.

Ciampa has undoubtedly been one of WWE's best heels over the past years, having no audible theme tune, but rather the boos of the crowd accompanying him to the ring. With his Johnny Gargano feud lighting the world alight, it would be no surprise to see Ciampa move to the main roster very soon.

The Last Man Standing Match at NXT TakeOver could very well be the culmination of his feud, and signal a very short Championship run, too, so it may not be too long before Blackheart is on the main roster.
