#8 Vince Russo

Arn Anderson once called Vince Russo "A wrestling groupie with political power."
Russo knew nothing about the wrestling business when WWE hired him in the late 1990s. He basically orchestrated the "attitude era" and convinced Vince McMahon to push the envelope on sexuality, violence, and outrageous themes like gang warfare.
However, he was hired away from WWE by rival WCW to improve their ratings, but Russo did just the opposite. He made beloved legend Ric Flair into a mental patient and invented the "Judy Bagwell on a pole match." Ratings tanked and WCW collapsed into financial ruin.
Don't blame Russo for this, however. According to him, he is a total genius who never makes mistakes, and he's quick to criticize the WWE wrestling product on social media. He also threatens to fight fans who call him out on Twitter and has been less than tactful about the way he words it. In other words, Russo is bitter and kind of a jerk!
