Bryan's own doctors have cleared him and he has been undergoing new treatments that have shown progress in other brain trauma cases. It sounds as though Bryan and his doctors believe there is no reason he can't return, it's just a matter of convincing WWE's top doctor.
If WWE is going to clear Bryan to return, the Royal Rumble is the perfect time and place for the fans to find out.
