There has been a lot of talk about the Brawl For All, recently, thanks to the Dark Side of the Ring documentary. Despite winning the Brawl For All, Bart Gunn’s career was going nowhere and he ended up facing professional boxer Butterbean in a boxing match at WrestleMania XV in 1999. Butterbean ended up knocking Gunn out cold, which was also effectively the end of Gunn’s career.

#7 ECW ringside at a WWF In Your House in 1997

Sandman, Paul Heyman, and Tommy Dreamer at ringside

In 1997, WWF started a working partnership of sorts with ECW. As a part of this, we saw Paul Hayman and ECW wrestlers Sandman and Tommy Dreamer at ringside at WWF In Your House: Mind Games. In the photo, we see Sandman, Paul Heyman and Tommy Dreamer at ringside during the Caribbean strap match between Savio Vega and Bradshaw.

Speaking about the incident to WWE.com, Tommy Dreamer revealed what it was like before the ECW contingent entered the arena:

We didn't know what we were getting into. We all met up in the parking lot. We had The Eliminators in the crowd as backup in case we got into a fight. I found out later that Savio Vega was the only one who knew. Bradshaw didn’t even know about it. He was ready to fight and Savio cut him off.
