Mia Yim was one of the stand out stars of Survivor Series weekend, despite not being part of any of the matches, since she was taken out backstage ahead of the Women's War Games match and was then replaced by Dakota Kai. This set into motion one of the greatest female heel turns in recent history when Kai turned on Tegan Nox and almost cost her team the win inside the structure.
Yim had been pushed off a ladder a few weeks before on NXT and looked worse for wear when the developmental brand invaded SmackDown on Friday night, so it made sense that she was taken out. After NXT went off the air that night, Yim's real-life boyfriend Keith Lee made his way out to the top of the ramp to help her to the back and give her the hug that everyone in the arena felt she deserved.
Yim and Lee have been together since their time on the Indies and have the potential to be WWE's next big power couple, so it's unlikely that WWE would waste them on Total Divas.
