#1 TJ Perkins (heel)
When TJ Perkins won the Cruiserweight Championship back in the summer, it was one of the best wrestling moments of the year. It was the culmination of one of the most entertaining tournaments in a long time, and Perkins came out of it looking like a star. Unfortunately, that hasn't translated so well onto the main roster, and the guy is in need of a change.
It's so simple to pull off, too. TJ's persona should exemplify everything that people hate about modern wrestlers - video games, dabbing, overconfidence. If you utilise all of these factors and make Perkins extremely cocky whilst also being able to back up what he says, you could turn him into a guy that's capable of breaking away from the purple ropes and competing on the actual main roster.
