#1 Luke Harper

Does Harper have a future?
Does Harper have a future?

Luke Harper is an enigma - not just because of his character, but as to how he hasn't had a huge push in WWE.

While it seems like Harper may be on the way out at some point in the future, whenever he's released from his contract, it wasn't always that way.

Harper was first signed by the WWE in 2012 under the company’s developmental territory of FCW, which was rebranded to NXT later that year, before aligning himself with Bray Wyatt under the moniker of The Wyatt Family.

Alongside fellow member Rowan, Harper successfully won the NXT Tag Team Championships before hitting the main roster and winning his first singles championship when he captured the WWE Intercontinental Title.

After a short stint in the main event scene and what seemed to be the beginning of a huge singles push, Harper and Rowan would be reunited as the Bludgeon Brothers - one of WWE's most dominant teams.

Injury, though, blighted that when Rowan faced surgery and time on the sidelines before Harper suffered a similar fate. Rowan returned to pair with Daniel Bryan - but Harper had a one-off match in NXT with Dominik Dijakovic before an appearance in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal came out of the blue, before Harper fell back into obscurity.
