#3 Titus O'Neil
Now, it almost seems wrong to put Titus on this list, but he really has been forgotten about as a wrestler.
When it comes to philanthropy, he's probably WWE's third top dog, behind John Cena and Roman Reigns - and he definitely gives both men a run for their money. It does seem like we only see Titus, though, on social media or in the ring whenever WWE or Titus are doing stuff for charity. Don't get me wrong, that's great, but O'Neil is an incredible talent and could 100% have been one of WWE's most dominant Superstars of all time had he been booked correctly.

Instead, it seems like WWE likes to use O'Neil for comedy value. He is a funny guy, no doubt - but it's people laughing at him, rather than with him, as was perfectly portrayed during his previous few Royal Rumble entrances where he slipped and slid under the ring, before being used purely to make fun of himself doing so in the successive appearance.
