Remember I said at the start of this list that some of these guys aren't as impressive as their size suggests? Here's Exhibit A: Titus O'Neil. The man with the worst promo skills in the world stands at an intimidating 6 feet 6 inches in height but hardly does anything to use that to his advantage.
Following a terrible 2016, it will be an enormous surprise if Titus can turn things around and make something out of his impressive physical frame. The likelier outcome, though, is that he will either leave the company or continue to struggle in the undercard.
