#2 Hall of Fame induction.
For years after he left the WWE, the Warrior and Vince McMahon were quite bitter toward each other.
The bitterness stemmed from an incident in which Warrior demanded equal pay to Hulk Hogan and threatened to no-show events if his demands weren't met. Initially, Vince caved in and even told Warrior how much he 'respected and admired' him.
However, as Warrior walked back to the locker room after his PPV contest, he was handed a letter detailing a suspension. While Warrior would work a few more dates for the WWE after, it led to a rift between the two men that lasted over a decade.
Eventually, time heals all wounds, and Vince offered Warrior a place in the WWE Hall of Fame as an olive branch. Hellwig accepted, and even signed a legends contract.
Sadly, this would be the penultimate highlight for the warrior...
