In one of the more heartbreaking WWE moments of 2018, the Big Dog Roman Reigns was forced to relinquish his hard-won WWE Universal Championship when he was diagnosed with a recurrence of leukemia.
While it seems unlikely that his treatment will be far enough along for a wrestling return at Wrestlemania 35, that doesn't mean that fans still don't want his presence. Roman could make a special appearance, give a speech about how he's doing, or even do some commentary or act as a valet for one of his former Shield mates (probably Seth Rollins since Ambrose has turned heel).
Despite being an ultimately polarizing figure in the sports entertainment world, Roman Reigns has nonetheless been in the main event of Wrestlemania for the past several years, and his absence will be noted unless WWE brings him in for a special appearance.
