WWE Royal Rumble 2025 is scheduled for February 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The top attractions of the premium live event are the men's and women's rumble matches. This time, the men's match will definitely be much more exciting than last year, given the superstars who are most likely to enter the ring.
Since the winner of Royal Rumble will get a shot at a title of their choice at WrestleMania XLI, fans can expect names such as Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, Randy Orton, Damian Priest, among others. In fact, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre could also be a part of the men's match as well.
Ahead of WrestleMania XLI, it has already been revealed that the Stamford-based promotion might be working on a match between The Rock and Cody Rhodes. However, instead of handing over the main event spot to The Final Boss, the Stamford-based promotion can have him participate in the men's Royal Rumble match and try his luck against 29 superstars who are equally motivated to challenge for the World or WWE Championship.

If he participates, the Final Boss would be favored to win the 30-men's Royal Rumble match. If he does win, it will be his second Royal Rumble victory, the first one being Royal Rumble 2000.
Additionally, The Rock securing a victory at Royal Rumble will not be surprising, but it will help WWE avoid the backlash on social media that it faced in 2024. Cody Rhodes gave up his main event spot to The Rock against Roman Reigns, but fans showed their disappointment about the decision, and The American Nightmare was given his rightful position.
Massive update on The Rock's return to WWE
The last time fans saw The Final Boss was during the closing moments of Bad Blood, where The Rock seemed to put Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes on notice. However, an insider account has posted a gif of The American Nightmare and The Brahma Bull with "January" as the caption.
It's highly likely that The Rock will return to WWE around the same time when Monday Night RAW moves to Netflix. The show's debut on the streaming platform needs to be as power-packed as possible, and The Brahma Bull's star power is unmeasurable.
It remains to be seen how The Rock inserts himself back into The Bloodline Saga, and whether or not he takes over leadership from Solo Sikoa.
