Sometimes, title changes are booked during house shows in order to give the fans something to really cheer about with a hometown hero getting an unexpected championship win. And, that's exactly what happened with Edge in 1999.

The Toronto native received a shot at Jeff Jarrett's WWE Intercontinental Championship and won the match - much to the delight of his adoring family and friends. He would drop the belt the very next night on Fully Loaded.
