Perry Saturn saved a woman from rape back in 2004

Perry Saturn is one of the biggest unsung heroes in wrestling history. Back in 2004, Perry was driving his girlfriend to work in Atlanta when he came across a woman who was being raped by two men.

Being a former Army Ranger, Perry sprung into action and managed to fight off her two attackers before he was then shot, once in the shoulder and once in the neck. Saturn then became addicted to painkillers following this incident which means that this story doesn't have a happy ending.

Saturn has overcome his addiction and his homelessness in recent years, but it was revealed that he was now struggling with a number of brain problems and has reached out for the support of the WWE Universe.
