Flair is widely considered to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the history of the business. However, The Nature Boy finds himself on the wrong end of this list, as he has never been able to defeat Chris Benoit in a one - on - one match.

Flair and Benoit faced each other on six different occasions, and Flair was never able to pin or submit The Crippler! The 16-time world champion and the Rabid Wolverine crossed paths for the final time in August 2004, with Benoit picking up the win due to a disqualification.
