The match was underwhelming, and it looked like Triple H was wrestling himself for 20 minutes. Thank god there was a screwy finish; it made Triple H losing the match a little plausible.
But the match and all the shenanigans didn't matter to the crowd. Hulkamania was alive, again; and that was all that mattered.
