Billy Kidman is one of the primary reasons that The Shooting Star Press is outlawed for 99% percent of the roster these days. It was way back in 2004 and the high flyer botched the move during a Smackdown match against Chavo Guerrero, with his knee landing flush on his opponent's head.
Chavo was left with an almighty concussion and wouldn't be seen in a WWE ring for months after the incident.
