Eric Bischoff was the evil spokesman for the original nWo, and often used his backstage stroke to keep the members out of trouble and guarantee they wore the title belts as often as possible.

Paul Heyman would be superb as the nWo's spokesman. It's the only manager gig that would not feel like a step down after being Brock Lesnar's advocate for so long. Paul Heyman's diatribes alone would make the new nWo worth watching.
