#5 Bill DeMott
DeMott wrestled as both Hugh Morris and General Hugh G. Rection during his stint with WCW. When McMahon bought that company, he had little interest in using DeMott as a wrestler but thought that his gruff attitude would be a good fit for training WWE hopefuls. After years of allegations of abuse toward him, he was released by the company after getting into a non-violent altercation with Kevin Owens.
Why the WWE should not hire him back: DeMott's reputation in the wrestling world is terrible; He is considered temperamental and childish by his peers, and those that he has trained are often driven to anger just at the mention of his name. The WWE has plenty of ex-wrestlers working at their development center, and they don't need DeMott anymore (if they ever did).
