The Great Khali was an entertaining character during his time in WWE. He won the company's World Heavyweight Championship once and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021.
Khali competed in his final WWE match in 2017. In 2015, he started his professional wrestling school in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE) offers ambitious youngsters in India a chance to become professional wrestlers.
He posted a video on social media announcing the launch of his school’s website:
“Hello guys, wassup! I want to thank all my fans from around the world for their undying support throughout my career. Besides, I want to announce the website launch of Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE). The website will be operational within few days. Keep showering your love and support as always,” The Great Khali posted on Instagram.
The school seems to be doing well in India, and WWE has employed a few students of CWE over the past few years. The Great Khali could help WWE find a few young Indian wrestlers who can make it to the top of the company.
