#3. Kurt Angle turned down a WWE contract to focus on his business

Kurt Angle decided to return to the ring for a final run after being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017. Old school fans enjoyed watching the Olympic Gold Medalist perform one final time before he finally hung up his boots.

In 2020, WWE offered another contract to the Hall of Famer. However, Angle turned down the contract to focus on his business venture, Physically Fit.

A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE

Physically Fit is a nutrition company that offers the highest quality better-for-you protein snack nutrition for the entire family. Kurt Angle opened up about his WWE contract situation in 2020, saying that his business venture was his top priority:

“My Physically Fit nutrition company, that's my first priority. That's the reason why I didn't take the job at WWE because I wanted to work more on my supplement company and make sure it succeeds,” Angle said. "We have chicken snacks, which is a kind of like a Chex Mix texture where we flavor them. They're made out of chicken. We also have a plant protein, but they're really good. They taste really good. They're very healthy, and I'm excited to see how this does. We have a private label contract with Amazon. We're also selling them in stores and online, so it's going pretty well."

Angle’s company has a private label contract with Amazon, and he is looking to expand his business more. It would be great to see the WWE legend become a successful business owner in the years to come.
