#2 John Cena
John Cena is announced for the February 27 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. The show’s right after Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia. We know that Cena is going to return for WrestleMania 36 this year. But nobody knows which role he’ll play there. The former WWE Champion hasn’t had a match in WWE since January 2019 where he lost to Finn Balor.
Although Cena hasn’t missed ‘Mania so far, he wants to do something extraordinary this year. The pay-per-view will happen in Tampa (where he currently resides in) and what could Cena do to make it memorable for years to come? Perhaps make his in-ring return in a great fashion? Fans want to see him!
Reportedly, Cena will face Elias at WrestleMania. Perhaps this is why he’s set to appear on SmackDown. However, we’ve already seen this match several times in WWE. At ‘Mania, two years ago, both wrestlers tussled it out in an unofficial match before The Undertaker showed up. WWE should use Cena against another talent so that he could put him over.
